Currently we have two types of items depending on their availability:

- Stock items will be shipped to you within 48 hours. 

- In case you place a Pre-Order we need up to 14 business days to produce your item. 

DELIVERY TERMS IN UKRAINE

• Free delivery to the branch of the “Nova Poshta” service within 48 hours.
• Free delivery by courier service “Nova Poshta” within 48 hours.
• Pickup

You can pick up the goods you have chosen yourself in the Matiere 79 store at the address: st. Sergiy Varlamov 28, Sady Peremohy shopping center, 1st floor, Odesa, Ukraine. Opening hours: Mon-Sun 11:00-18:00.

Please, note that during war shipping terms may be longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver orders all over the world. All orders are shipped from Ukraine with DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global or National Post (Ukrposhta). Shipping cost depends on the country and the shipping service; delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive a waybill number to track your order. We do not perform shipment to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia and Belarus.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping terms may differ from 2 weeks up to 1,5 months depending on the destination country. 

Please, note that during war shipping terms may be longer.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.
